We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item, or the product was damaged upon arrival as per condition 2 above). Without clear evidence of non-human damage or product misrepresentation, returns or refunds cannot be granted for those specific conditions.
