Plant A Tree Of Your Name Over $100

The ATF100 tig wire feeder is a lightweight stainless steel filler rod feeding tool designed to help you feed TIG filler rods smoothly, consistently, and comfortably while wearing welding gloves.
This feeder accommodates filler rods up to 3/32" (2.4 mm) in diameter, so smaller rods may also be compatible. It features adjustable stainless steel tension arms and a knurled thumb wheel with a precision-machined center groove to keep the wire aligned and prevent slippage during use.
Precision and Stability: The knurled thumb wheel features a precision-machined center groove that keeps the wire aligned and prevents slippage, even with ultra-thin wires or while wearing heavy welding gloves.
Adjustable Mechanical Tension: Rather than relying on a fixed internal slot, the ATF100 uses bendable stainless steel arms that let the user manually dial in the exact tension and resistance needed for different wire sizes.
Ergonomic Comfort and Accessibility: Designed to reduce hand fatigue and prevent repetitive strain injuries like carpal tunnel syndrome, the feeder is a valuable accessibility aid for welders experiencing joint pain or arthritis.
Convenient Magnetic Storage: The built-in base magnet allows the welder to place the feeder vertically on any steel workbench or workpiece, keeping the tool clean, secure, and easy to grab with gloved hands.
Open, Customizable Architecture: Featuring two pre-drilled base holes, the ATF100 can be customized with DIY heat shields or mounted directly to articulating arms for specialized production setups.
